In addition to the transport of popular pets - dogs and cats - we also offer full service for the export and import of exotic, zoo, aquatic and farm animals. 29 Our IATA LAR certified specialists are well versed in country and airline-specific regulations, health requirements, necessary documents and permits, and we always provide optimal, low-stress, pet-friendly solution for our customers. We provide our customers with standard-sized cages for air transport fully compliant with IATA standards from our own stock, but we can also provide special, customized transport equipment for your transport needs. On our website, you can follow the animal's journey from the airport to the airport. The following information must be provided: species, breed, date of birth (YYYY.MM.DD), size, quantity, destination, date of vaccination against rabies. Based on the information you provide, our colleagues will find the most optimal solution and send you a detailed offer together with a country-specific brochure. Once the quotation has been accepted, we will make a booking based on the recipient's details and send a confirmation to the sender. The sender is required to transmit the detailed booking data (exact date and time of arrival, airport of arrival, waybill number) to the consignee. It is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm the transport (that the animal is received at the destination) to the airline. Our staff will inform you of the date and time you can drop off your animal and the documents you need. We will receive your animal, its documents and prepare it for transport in the live animal hold at Airmax Cargo's warehouse base. (We place it in the transport vehicle, weigh it, check its papers.) We then prepare the animal's transport documents and clear it through customs if necessary. How to weigh your dog? A Measure the length of the animal from the tip of its nose to the base of its tail. B Measure the length of the foreleg to the elbow joint. C Measure the width of the dog at the widest point, at the chest. D Measure the height of the dog up to the top of its head or the tip of its ears (whichever is higher). Important! Please give us your dog's dimensions as accurately as possible, as we can only send you a precise quote based on that. If you don't give us the correct dimensions, and the size of the carrier is not suitable, the airport authorities may refuse to allow your pet to travel, which could mean extra costs for you and extra stress for your pet. Most airlines will only accept International Air Transport Association (IATA) compliant cargo boxes. We can provide our customers with standard-sized cages fully compliant with IATA standards from our own stock, but we can also supply special, custom-sized transport equipment for your transport needs. A pet crate is appropriate if the animal: can stand up in the kennel and does not bang its head on the top of the kennel, does not reach the end of the kennel standing or lying down, the animal can turn around comfortably, the animal can lie down comfortably. EU Switzerland Iceland USA Canada Australia China Dubai General conditions for travelling to the Member States of the European Union The animal must be in possession of a European pet passport, a numbered bilingual (Hungarian-English) document, which is intended to allow the pet to be moved from one EU country to another without quarantine. The pass contains identification details of the animal and its owner, vaccinations, other treatment and all relevant and important information about its health. The travelling pet must have a valid rabies vaccination. The animal must be at least 12 weeks (84 days) old at the time of vaccination (vaccines administered at a younger age are not valid, regardless of the time elapsed since vaccination). The date of administration of the rabies vaccination must be recorded in the passport. It is important that the vaccination should be given after the microchip implantation. The animal can only be moved 21 days after the first rabies vaccine has been administered, because under EU rules the rabies vaccination is only valid after 21 days. Sometimes a country's own regulations are stricter than the EU requirements, so you will always have to comply with the stricter standards. EU Switzerland Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, but animals from Hungary must still meet exactly the same requirements as animals travelling to other EU Member States. As in EU countries, live animals can only travel to Switzerland if they have the appropriate unique microchip identification, a valid rabies vaccination and a valid European passport. In Switzerland, animals with ear and tail mutilations are not allowed to enter unless and until a veterinarian certifies that the mutilation was necessary because of a veterinary problem (e.g. an accident). Amennyiben az Airmax Cargo-t bízza meg az áfaregisztrációval, a vámkezeléssel és a szállítmányozással egyaránt, úgy Önnek maximális kényelemben lesz része: egy kollégával kell tartania a kapcsolatot, minden mást nyugodt szívvel ránk bízhat. Az egész áruszállítási folyamat óraműpontossággal, ráadásul a szinergiákat kihasználva magas költséghatékonysággal fog működni. VAT registration VAT registration Indirect customs clearance Közvetett vámkezelési szolgáltatásunk keretében az unió területén kívülről érkező áruját a saját nevünkben, de az Ön érdekében eljárva vámkezeljük, így az árubehozatal pillanatában önnek nem kell megfizetnie a szabad forgalomba helyezés előtt az importárut terhelő áfát. E vámkezelési eljárás során az általános forgalmi adót a forgalomba kerülés, tehát a továbbértékesítés során kell csak megfizetni az általános szabályok szerint. Az import áfa megfizetése, majd az akár több hónappal később történő visszaigénylése feleslegesen leköti ügyfeleink szabad pénzeszközeit. Amennyiben igénybe veszi az Airmax Cargo-nál a közvetett vámkezelési szolgáltatást, úgy cash flow-ja fellélegezhet, és vállalkozása a szabad pénzeszközeit arra költheti, ami igazán fontos: a produktív munkára és az értékteremtésre. Indirect customs clearance A 42-es eljárásnak nevezett vámkezelési mód azoknak az ügyfeleinknek kínál megoldást, akik a termékbehozatalt követően másik EU-tagállamban letelepedett vevőjüknek adják el az árut. Ekkor az áfát nem kell megfizetni, azt a célországban honos vevő fizeti fordított adózás keretében. Fontos tudni, hogy ennek szigorú feltételei vannak: az értékesítésnek a behozatalt követően azonnal, 30 napon belül meg kell történnie, a vevő Magyarországon gazdasági tevékenységet nem végezhet, és nem lehet letelepedett státuszú, EU-s adószámmal azonban rendelkeznie kell. Az adóbiztosíték nyújtását, a vámszemlére bemutatást és az adóbevallás, illetve az összesítő nyilatkozat benyújtását a NAV részére az Airmax Cargo elintézi. Customs procedure with code 42 Customs procedure with code 42 AEO licence AEO licence Ez egy olyan speciális státusz, amely alapján a vámhatóság az engedélyezett gazdálkodót megbízható partnerének tartja, és ezért vámügyeinek intézése, a vámáruk fuvarozása és egyéb kezelése során számos kedvezményt kap a vámhatóságtól. Verification number (VPID/EORI) Verification number (VPID/EORI) A VPID-szám (nemzeti azonosító) a vámhatóság számára a gazdálkodó beazonosítását szolgálja a különféle vámeljárásokon. A VPID-szám megléte automatikusan garantálja az EORI-szám (Economic Operators’ Registration and Identification) meglétét is. A vámazonosító (VPID) szám Egy 12 karakter hosszú számsor, amely a vámhatóságnál az elsődleges azonosító. Az európai uniós szabályok szerint 2004. május elsejétől kötelező a természetes és nem természetes személyeknek ilyen azonosítót igényelniük valamennyi vám- és jövedéki eljárásban. Ha valakinek (vagy valamely cégnek) nincs VPID-száma, akkor vámkezelés nem kezdeményezhető. Az EORI-szám Az Európai Közösség valamennyi tagállamában érvényes az Európai Közösség tagállamaiban letelepedett gazdasági szereplők és más személyek részére. Saját tagállamban az erre kijelölt illetékes hatóság által kiadott egyedi azonosítószám, amely a vámeljárások során az ügyfél azonosításául szolgál. ATA Carnet Az ATA-igazolvány egy olyan nemzetközi vámokmány, amely egy éven keresztül lehetővé teszi, hogy vámmentesen történhessen az áruk ideiglenes kivitele és behozatala az egyezmény országaiba (pl. kiállításra, munkavégzésre stb.). Ez a határidő egy „Csatlakozó Carnet”-tel meghosszabbítható plusz egy évvel. Az ATA-igazolvány előnyei Működése Az ATA-igazolvány kiváltásával költségei előre kalkulálhatók, hiszen a kamarai költségeken felül az igazolvány szabályos használata esetén további összegekkel (pl. beviteli vám, adó, egyéb illeték) már nem szükséges számolnia az igazolványt elfogadó beviteli vagy tranzitországokban. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolvány gördülékennyé teszi a határátlépést , hiszen utazása során ugyanazt a már előre kitöltött vámokmányt kell benyújtania minden elfogadó országban, minden vámkezelésnél. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolvány kiváltása rövid időt vesz igénybe , és a színes lapoknak köszönhetően használata egyszerű. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolványt magánszemélyek és vállalkozások egyaránt használhatják. ​ ​ Az ATA-igazolvány árujegyzékében felsorolt árukra az érvényességi időn belül akár több alkalommal és részszállítmányonként is kezdeményezhető ideiglenes beviteli, kiviteli vagy árutovábbítási vámeljárás. A kamaránál megvásárolt nyomtatványt az ATA Carnet tulajdonosa tölti ki, ezt követően a kamara okmányhitelesítő irodája hitelesíti azt. ​ ​ Hitelesítés után történik a vámkezelés. Először a területileg illetékes vámhivatalt kell felkeresni, ahol az okmányt nyilvántartásba veszik, majd a határon végzik a vámkezelést. Visszahozatal után a kamarának vissza kell szolgáltatni az okmányt, ezután fizetik vissza az óvadékot. A kamara által végzett hitelesítés után egy indító vámhivatal elvégzi az úgynevezett „elővámkezelést”, előjegyzésbe veszi az igazolványon szereplő árukat. ATA Carnet TIR Carnet Árutovábbítási okmány, amely vámáru-nyilatkozatként és biztosítékként egyaránt szolgál azokban az országokban, amelyek a Közlekedési Nemzetközi Útvonalhajózási Egyezmény (TIR) szerződő felei. Customs Carrier Közútspecifikus innovatív megoldás a TIR Carnet kiváltására oroszországi szállítások esetén. A „customs carrier” státusz biztosítja a rakomány szállításának és vámkezelésének jogát további garanciák (TIR-Carnet, konvojbiztosítás) nyújtása nélkül. Ezzel az engedéllyel rendelkező partnereink a rakományokat a vámunió jogszabályainak betartása mellett szállítja meghatározott garanciaösszeg letétbe helyezésével. A „customs carrier” státusszal a fuvarozó által elkülönített garanciaösszeg szavatolja a vám- és az áfaterhek megfizetését. Nem kell kiegészítő biztosíték (extra garancia vagy konvoj biztosítása) a küldemény célba juttatásához. A küldeménnyel kapcsolatos összes információt előre lejelentik a határokon, így az ellenőrzés ideje minimálisra csökken.
